Zentry — the booking confirmation sends itself, over WhatsApp.
A multi-tenant SaaS for small businesses that take bookings — a confirmation, a payment reminder, a follow-up, sent automatically over WhatsApp instead of typed out by hand for every customer.
The problem
Small businesses don't lose bookings to bad service. They lose them to slow replies.
A salon, a clinic, a small service business — every booking still means someone manually typing "your appointment is confirmed for 4pm" into WhatsApp, one customer at a time. That doesn't scale past a handful of bookings a day, and it's the first thing that breaks when the business actually gets busy.
What it does
The message a business would send anyway — sent automatically.
Automated WhatsApp confirmations
A booking gets confirmed and the customer's WhatsApp message sends itself, filled in from a real template — no copy-pasting a name and time by hand.
Payment messages, automated the same way
Payment confirmations follow the same template-and-send pipeline as bookings — one automation system, not two bolted together.
Multi-tenant from day one
Each business is its own tenant with its own customers, bookings, and message templates — not a shared inbox pretending to be multiple businesses.
Reviewed onboarding, not open signup
A business requests access, an admin reviews and approves or rejects it, and only then does a tenant get provisioned — deliberate gatekeeping, not a self-serve free-for-all.
Why it holds up
Failures are logged, not silent
Every automated message attempt — sent, skipped, or failed — writes an activity log entry with the reason, so "did the customer actually get notified" is never a guess.
Built on Meta's real template system
Messages go through WhatsApp Business's approved-template pipeline, not an unofficial workaround that could get a business's number blocked.
Tenant isolation from the start
Tenant resolution and middleware-enforced scoping run on every request — a business's bookings and templates are never one query away from another tenant's.
