A coaching institute's website that actually enrolls students, not just lists courses.
A full site and admin platform for Diksha Learning Center — courses, faculty profiles, online enrollment with real payment, and a CMS the institute runs itself without calling a developer for every update.
The problem
A coaching institute's real competitor isn't another institute. It's a phone call that never gets answered.
A parent or student browsing courses at 9pm shouldn't have to wait for office hours to enroll. Diksha needed a site where someone can actually see a course, see the faculty teaching it, pay the fee, and be enrolled — the same night, without a staff member in the loop.
What it does
A real enrollment funnel, not a brochure with a phone number.
Courses & faculty
Each course with its own detail page and the faculty actually teaching it — a real profile, not an anonymous "our expert team" line.
Online enrollment & payment
Razorpay checkout tied directly to a course's fee — enroll and pay in one flow, no separate "contact us to pay" step.
Enquiries & enrollments tracked
Every enquiry and every enrollment lands in the admin, so a lead that isn't ready to pay yet still gets followed up on.
Roles & permissions
Multiple admins with real role-based access — the same RBAC pattern used across every system I build, not a single shared login.
Reviews & blog
Student reviews and blog content the institute can publish itself, feeding SEO without needing a developer for every post.
Analytics & content control
Sliders, menus, FAQs, and policy pages all editable from the admin — the whole site's content lives in the CMS, not in code.
Why it holds up
Real money moves through it
Enrollment fees are collected via Razorpay, not simulated — this is a live revenue path for the institute, not a portfolio demo.
A proven foundation, reused with care
Built on the same admin/RBAC/CMS foundation as other sites I've shipped — proven patterns, adapted to this business, not a from-scratch experiment.
Run by the institute, not by me
Once handed over, the institute's own staff manage courses, faculty, and content — support is there when needed, not required for daily operation.
